Rachel Battaglia is an economist at RBC, providing analysis and forecasts on Canada’s provincial economies, consumer spending and housing market trends. Her insights contribute to RBC Economics’ quarterly economic outlook and monthly consumer spending tracker. She regularly appears in the media commenting on economic data and policy developments. Rachel holds a Master of Science from the Amsterdam School of Economics and an honours degree in economics from Western University.
